You can always contact us for any return questions at design@dexterslpf.com. We will do everything in our power to resolve the issue and make the customer happy.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Dexter’s LPF Limited Warranty Policy: The warranty applies only to Dexter’s LPF products purchased from an Authorized Dexter’s LPF Dealers, Distributors, or retail and online stores and is extended only to the original purchaser (“owner”) for a period of one year from the purchase date. All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt from an Authorized Dexter’s LPF Dealer, Distributor, or website. Dexter’s LPF warrants all products sold by Authorized Dealers, Distributors, and retail/online stores, to be free of abnormal defects in material or workmanship. This warranty is subject to the following limitations in addition to any imposed by virtue of applicable law. Excluded from coverage under this warranty are the following: · Impact-related damage or breakage, or injuries this includes improperly lifting or moving furniture (refer to the care instructions and this manual for proper lifting) · Damage or injuries resulting from abuse, misuse, or carelessness (refer to the manual for the proper use and care) · Intentional damage and/or breakage or injuries · Normal customer wear and tear, this includes scratches, slight warping, and edge chipping · Damage, breakage, or injuries from wear and tear by your pet, such as chewing on the door frame or decorative panels · Any damage or injuries caused by anything other than abnormal defects in material or workmanship · Damage from the use of solvents, adhesives, or cleaning solutions · Alterations or modifications attempted or completed by the customer, or any persons not approved in writing or certification through Dexter’s Digs Inc. · Damage or injuries resulting from improper installation of accessories (if applicable) In the case of a return or repair approved by Dexter’s LPF the customer is responsible for all costs associated with packing and return shipping the item back to an approved Dexter’s LPF location. Dexter's LPF will repair all damages or replace the item if the item meets warranty requirements and Dexter’s LPF will covers all costs associated with returning the product back to the customer. In the unfortunate event that the furniture does not meet the limited warranty requirements, the customer will receive a quote for the repair costs. The customer has the option to pay for repairs and return shipping. |
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
